The Yeomen team is an adventurous group comprised of professionals, pets, a robot, and a gnome. We come from all over the world and believe that when your work is about people, you should be connected to them. And so we connect. We explore our communities. We try new things. And we have a blast doing it.
Each employee at The Yeomen believes that work should be part of the good life rather than a distraction from it. And we do our best to live that each day.
Jim founded The Yeomen in 2013 after helping to scale Tumblr’s support team for a couple years. His experience working in help desks, building support teams, and customizing support systems has guided the company as The Yeomen creates custom support solutions for their clients. When Jim isn’t thinking about your customers and how The Yeomen can improve their experience, he is likely playing a game on his Nintendo Switch or finishing a bag of sweets knowing full it’s a bad decision.
Kathleen joined The Yeomen in 2013 as a Community Support Specialist supporting the Vimeo team. In 2015 she moved into a Business Development role, helping to implement sales process and strategic partnerships while selling The Yeomen’s services. In the spring of 2017 Kathleen became Operations Manager, where she focuses on strategic planning, implementation and project management. Outside of the office she enjoys craft beer, live music, and pretending to like to camp.
Turner is a Support Specialist at The Yeomen bringing over 5 years of support experience to the team. His support journey includes working tickets as an agent, helping administrate support systems, and supporting teams as a manager. As a consultant, Turner builds support systems for small and large clients who need single or multi-channel support. He uses available technology along with a common sense approach to serving customers with each project. Turner has a black belt in Shaolin Kempo, but he’s never been in a fight.
Dan joined the Yeomen in Spring of 2017 to work on Finance & Human Resources. He has a diverse accounting background which includes: Payroll, Budget Prep, Corporate Tax, AP/AR, Investment Funds, and Benefit Administration. When Dan isn’t crunching numbers for the team, he is researching new recipes & techniques to fuel his cooking hobby.
