We are very excited for our first Support Group Meetup and so happy to have Kailee Urban joining us! We sat down with Kailee to learn more about her background, nerd out over customer support, and get a quick preview of what she’ll be sharing with us at the event.
About Kailee: Kailee is the Customer Happiness Manager for Relay Foods, an online grocer dedicated to making healthy, organic food easy to put on your table. Working with a team of six experts, Kailee provides customer service sixteen hours a day to multiple markets across central Virginia. Most of their customers are after-work shoppers looking for a good dinner, though according to Kailee, they do occasionally get a night owl hoping for a late-night food delivery.
During her time with Relay Foods, Kailee and her team have had success in improving their customer’s experiences by focusing on the tracking and reporting of bugs in their online system. Kailee believes that focusing on this issue is a must for a good customer support experience, and she will be sharing some of her thoughts with us regarding this common problem.
So how exactly does an Architectural History Major grow a successful support team by traking bugs? Check back next week! We’ll be posting our full interview with Kailee immediately following our Support Group Meetup.
Support Group is this Thursday, May 12th from 6:30pm-7:30pm. Find out more here.
